Kylah's First Birthday

These are pictures from Kylah's First Birthday. We had a private cake cutting on her regular calendar birthday of August 23rd. My brother Ashok and one of his daughters Naveena gave us a surprise visit from Washington DC. Naveena and kids had a lot of fun for a couple of days.

Kylah had her big birthday party on August 25th. We had close to 100 people at the party. We had a mini-carnival setup for her party. We had bouncy play areas, huge slides etc. setup in our backyard. We also had face painting, cotton candy machines, tons of food etc. for the party. Plus people as usual played badminton, basketball, table tennis etc. Rain almost ruined the whole thing - but it stopped quickly and we were able to dry everything out with the help of our guests and the party was huge hit with everyone, especially the kids. The 25 foot slide and the cotton candy machines were especially popular with both adults and kids. I must have made about 200 cotton candies for people!!
